Workflow 03 · Fuentas guide
Organize a reading library
Organize around the way you work. A reference can be part of several collections, so a source can stay with a broad topic and also appear in the chapter where you need it.
Find the next useful thing
Search your library, sort the results, and use reading status or a star to make the current state of a source visible. These are small signals that help you return to unfinished reading without making a second copy of the reference.
Build collections around a project
Create collections for projects, books, chapters, or questions. Nest a collection inside another to show how pieces relate. Add the same reference to more than one collection when it supports several parts of your work.
- Use names that describe a topic or working purpose.
- Move a reference between collections as the project changes.
- Drag and drop is available; collection actions also provide a non-dragging way to organize items.
Remove a collection thoughtfully
Deleting a collection removes that organizational container. Its references remain in the library. If a source itself should be removed, use the reference action and review that choice separately.
